Bearley is a small rural village and cannot accommodate 2000% growth. Large infrastructure expansion will be required as we would need road expansion, more schools, GP surgeries, upgraded utilities and local shops. Bearley is served by the A3400 which is a dangerous and very busy road and Bearley rail station is on a single track branch line without any parking facilities. Furthermore Bearley is unsuitable for such growth as areas of it flood regularly. The proposed expansion is so large it would make the area connect to Stratford upon Avon town centre creating something more like a 'city'.
