Flooding assessment evidence is missing.
Existing rainwater attenuation ponds unable to retain existing rainwater and regularly empties into ditch running adjacent to Marton Road. This has led to flooding to existing cottages.
Vehicular access to a new development is inappropriate/inadequate and increases safety concerns for our young residents in particular.
Land identified slopes down onto existing development and would significantly increase the water runoff and overwhelm the existing attenuation ponds.
