I formally object to the proposed development at Site no. 692 - Hatton Hill, as I live nearby on Hatton Park. My concerns include further spoiling of the countryside, increased road congestion on Birmingham Road, and negative impacts on local services, including Warwick hospital and schools. Previous developments have already been disruptive, and I believe additional housing will diminish property values and the area's appeal. I respectfully request that planners and councillors refuse the allocation proposal based on these significant concerns. Thank you for considering my objections.
