I am writing to formally object to the proposed development on site SG07. This area is quality green belt, with no exceptional circumstances justifying its removal. The expected job creation from warehousing does not outweigh the loss of agricultural land and jobs or the negative impact on wildlife and residential areas. The infrastructure is inadequate to handle increased traffic, particularly on the A4177. I urge consideration of the alternative site SG09, which is more suitable. I hope my concerns will be noted in the consultation process.
