Totally inappropriate development for this special area. Inadequate transport , vaste number of environmental issues: driving rare wildlife into extinction, flooding being further exacerbated by significant hard standing, green belt, historic conservation area, light pollution, traffic pollution. The significant issue of grey water disposal, refuse disposal and power and water delivery. Inadequate provision of medical, education and policing as currently proved by the existing growth in dwellings in the district.
