Green belt legally should not be built upon if capacity can be met elsewhere.
SG06 is not sustainable from an environmental transport perspective, the minimum time to get to Leamington train station is a 34min walk from the closest point.
The road infrastructure to reach the grocery & retail areas and M40 are through already heavily congested and grid locked
roads of Leamington and Warwick.
An extremely rare heavily utilised green space footpath frequented by dog walkers, families, walkers, runners etc will be lost. Remaining pressured green space footpaths will become even more pressured.
Loss of wildlife habitat.
