Having lived in Lapworth for 37 years, I have witnessed significant changes, particularly in housing and traffic. I am deeply concerned about the proposed plans for Lapworth and nearby villages, as they threaten essential local services like the primary school and surgery, which cannot handle increased demand. The destruction of Green Belt land and wildlife is unacceptable. Our country lanes are already dangerously busy, and further development would exacerbate this. Many residents, including myself, oppose these proposals, as they risk transforming our cherished village into an urban sprawl. Lapworth should remain a beautiful, community-driven village.
