Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
The development is far too big for the area and will obliterate green belt.
The villages will be completely overwhelmed and their character obliterated. Mary Arden's House is an important part of local tourism - it's a rural farm - not a building in a new town.
Presumably location has been chosen for railway station access. There is already plenty of railway access and parking at Stratford Parkway that is underused.
The canal waterway will become less appealing for tourism - which is an expanding part of Stratford's tourism.
Neither Wilmcote, Bearley or Stratford has the infrastructure to support this.
