I am formally objecting to the inclusion of the proposed New Settlement location at Hatton in the South Warwickshire Local Plan due to my concerns as a local resident. My objections focus on the significant traffic increase from over 4,500 dwellings, the potential exacerbation of flooding in the area, and the adverse impacts on local wildlife and biodiversity. I urge the planning department to reconsider this development and respectfully request that planners and councillors refuse the allocation proposal based on these reasons.
