I am concerned that the proposed development will worsen traffic congestion, compromising safety for pedestrians and residents, particularly as parking is already limited. The local infrastructure cannot support an increase in cars, and there is no apparent demand for additional housing, given that recent developments remain unoccupied. Healthcare services are overstretched, and the environmental impact will harm biodiversity. The scale and design will not fit the area's character, risking overdevelopment and noise disruption. I strongly urge the planning office to reassess the proposal and its potential impacts.
