I have objections regarding the inclusion of Sites 148 and 747 for future development within SG17. These areas are prone to flooding, and building homes would worsen the situation, impacting nearby locations like Tredington and Stratford. The roads leading to Fell Mill Lane are unsuitable for increased traffic, and there is no public transport, necessitating car travel for shopping and employment, contributing to pollution. The proposed development would harm local wildlife and disrupt access to green spaces. Additionally, current infrastructure, including schools and healthcare, is already under strain and unable to accommodate further demand.
