The town is overpopulated and under facilitated.
Keep the character of a rural market town.
Shipston shouldn't have to take overspill from other areas.
More housing on the East side of the Stour will create more flooding.
The roads aren't coping at the moment. More housing will create more traffic problems and the highways will further deteriorate.
The medical Centre is already oversubscribed.
