I have several objections to the development proposals affecting Hockley Heath under SG24. The local infrastructure cannot handle a significant population increase, as there is only one primary school with limited capacity and no plans for more GP surgery places. Existing facilities are struggling to manage the nearby Blythe Valley development. Additionally, the village already faces water drainage issues, leading to flooding on Stratford Road during heavy rainfall, and any new development will exacerbate this problem. Furthermore, the plan contradicts Solihull MBC's local guidelines, which only support small-scale developments in the village.
