Viability and deliverability – Scoring appears to focus on individual sites, and the cumulative impact of multiple developments on local infrastructure which is already stretched. Has/will this be considered?
As habitat relocation impact as many of the sites have been identified as having a high % of habitat and wildlife impact.
SWLP Alignment: Have other sits brownfield site been insider prior?
Local Development plans – It appears that the assessment process may not have adequately considered existing, council-approved local development plans. Will these be taken into considered.
