As with most sections of this plan, there are elements of this that I support whole heartily, others that I cannot see add value to the residents of Stratford.
e.g. Gyratory Improvements - though this needs improvement, nothing should be done in order to increase the flow of traffic over Clopton bridge, and therefore down Tiddington, Shipston or Banbury road - effort should be on reducing traffic moving through town.
