Hugely damaging to local villages and will cause over crowded lanes all around and even more congestion in the centre of Shipston
Fell Mill site is just by an AONB and is also a flood plain
The sewage system is at capacity already and where will you expand it if the locality is covered with houses
Shipston will become another anonymous dormitory town with a massive increase in commuting
