The Infrastructure around Stratford upon Avon is already at breaking point. Sewage, Water supply have not been able to cope with the new housing so far. Roads are congested more at busy times. Villages become rat runs for vehicles trying to avoid congestion, Making the small back roads dangerous. The Wilmcote to Bearley plan will just cause havoc to the existing infrastructure without hundreds of millions of pounds to even try to get the existing schemes under control.
