The area of Harbury Lane / Whitnash cannot support more housng in terms of roads, schooling (which is currently not sufficient anyway) medical/policing etc. Plus section 10.36 of 50% of affordable housing will be too high. warwick gates residents are against this - a balance yes but not 50%.
