I do not support the proposed housing development due to serious concerns. The area lacks essential public amenities like schools and healthcare facilities, making it unsuitable for more residents. Public transport is inadequate, and the road network is already congested, which will worsen traffic and safety issues. Additionally, the increased risk of flooding, raising environmental and infrastructure concerns. Without proper investment in these critical areas, this plan is unsustainable and will negatively impact both current and future residents. I urge planners to address these issues before proceeding with any development.
