Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

The land should remain greenbelt - we would see a huge impact on protected trees, birds and animals completely contradictory to a world focussed on biodiversity and climate change.
There are less than 500 houses in the village - building up to 7000 would have a significant impact on public services/ infrastructure: there are not enough GP surgeries/ schools and would likely see an impact on drainages and increased flooding. The current train station/parking/roads cannot cope with the increased number of people/cars - particularly concerning is road safety with school children having to cross the Birmingham road twice per day.
