I have serious concerns that the necessary infrastructure to support new housing is not in place:
e.g. no police or fire station; oversubscribed schools, limited medical centre
No station, poor bus service therefore large increase in car use and increased emissions.

Threat to historic town


Specifically sites 148 & 747 (Fell Mill):

Loss of amenities for exercise and mental health, sensitive habitats threatened
Single lane bridges are both prone to flooding
Risk to historic villages mentioned in the Domesday book.
Flood plain!
