"Developments should aim to minimise car dependency by ensuring that parking provision is balanced." Most people in our area have to have a car to get to work, due to lack of public transport and deistances to cycle. Reducing car parking spaces only leading to congested roads and parking on pavements. Developers can demostrate paths in a development but what influence do they have over a bus route?
