Lack of public transport means most have to use a car to travel for work or pleasure outside of Shipston. Also many of the roads can't cope with the current amount of cars let alone an influx of hundreds more if not thousands.
Diminishig local public services and schools over-subscribed.
Current sewage system can't cope.
Some of the proposed sites are fields that regularly flood and run-off from other sites would cause flodding in parts of the town not currently affected.
Limited local jobs.
