This is a very rural area not in close proximity to existing large settlements. Scale of development is hugely inappropriate. Local roads are primarily single lane and cannot cope with existing let alone increased traffic. No local amenities in the area to service the development. Would very adversely impact local residents throughout development and in to perpetuity.
