I object to the proposed new town between Wilmcote and Bearley due to its detrimental impact on the Green Belt, local heritage, and environment.

The development would destroy Green Belt land, threaten wildlife habitats, and disrupt historic sites such as Mary Arden’s House, which is important for local and UK tourism.

International visitors, who bring in lots of money, come to see countryside not housing estates.

Lack of local employment opportunities would lead to increased commuting, traffic and pollution. Required infrastructure upgrades would be costly.

This build harms the natural beauty and international cultural assets.
