Increased flooding to area would occur.
Sewage system antiquated and unable to cope with more.
Development covers part of area of restraint and conservation area.
Doctors surgery and schools already at capacity.
Loss of recycling center would be detrimental to town and environment.
Mill Street bridge and town center can not cope with major traffic increase.
Traffic would increase as limited bus and no train option.
Character of town would be detrimentally affected.
