A huge development next to an already busy road network which reaches capacity during rush hour. Recent roadworks at the much smaller development at Hatton have caused big increases to local commuting times.
I also have real concerns about how local NHS services and schools will be able to cope with the additional number of residents in the area. These additional services would need to be developed before thousands of new houses are built and local hospitals and school are already running at capacity.
This development would turn the countryside into yet another big housing estate.
