Please don't build on the greenbelt which this area is.

The road network A46/A4177 and A46/M40 junctions could not take the extra journeys that would come from the proposed 4000 or 8000 houses for this area. Currently it regularly comes to a standstill at the slightest interference in traffic flow.

Hatton railway station is too small to support this level of development.
