These are highly visible greenbelt landscapes where one would experience the city spilling into the landscape at a site where prominent Stratford heritage meets a much loved and much frequented place where people enjoy the open spaces. One could hardly think of a more inappropriate site - not least given that it is also right next to a nature reserve.
This part of Stratford is already suffering from a lot of congestion both from traffic entering Stratford and passing by Stratford on the A46, so additional housing would put a substantial strain on the creaking infrastructure.
