I am a resident of Hockley Heath and attended a Parish Council meeting where proposed developments were discussed. These developments threaten to double the size of our small village, fundamentally altering its character. I am concerned about increased traffic, pollution, and the destruction of local wildlife habitats. Our already strained sewage system cannot accommodate more residents, and there is insufficient healthcare and educational infrastructure in place. Additionally, there are plans to submit to Solihull Council further applications for further houses in the area on green belt land. Are the South Warwickshire Councils working with Solihull to look at overall impacts?
