I believe the potential for 12 new settlements and 24 strategic growth areas is excessive, especially given the inadequate infrastructure. Roads, schools, and surgeries are already at capacity. Traffic on the C96 has increased due to nearby developments, leading to accidents and unreported vehicle removals. Access to Moreton Paddox is tight, causing delays. The proposed land west of Knightcote for 5,360 homes would exacerbate these issues and harm the Feldon Valley's natural beauty. Overall, these developments threaten the village's character and status.
