I am against this being included due to: the impact on the rural character of the area; the visual impact on the area viewed from the adjacent St. Mary's Lands; loss of public footpaths through the area, enjoyed for their location in green space; the loss of trees and hedgrows in the proposed area; the detrimental impact on Gog Brook; the loss of habitats for wildlife.
