This is the most unsuitable site that has been considered for development in the proposed plan. The original allocation was reliant on the western relief road which has had funding rejected twice. The highway infrastructure is already over capacity and there are queues permanently which will only get worse. The idea of a tram / rail down the Greenway is also ridiculous and too costly. The location is the further from other main highway and rail networks and the landscape is highly valuable as you travel towards the AONB. Please remove this site and any future though of development here
