This is unsuitable as it is in a higher landscape area and not as sustainable as other locations. I know there is a train station but it doesn't really provide a strong service. The nearest location for shops etc is Stratford and with the proposed additional growth Stratford the highway infrastructure in and around Stratford would be unable to sustain this.
