The development in this area would
a. substantially degrade the, amenity, natural environment and health environment for Lighthorne and Gaydon residents
b. Development at Gaydon Lighthorne Heath and JLR has already proven that the local infrastructure (roads..many single track country lanes, water and sewerage etc. are all failing to cope and are being routinely degraded via the burden of additional traffic volumes. further development of the scale envisaged
c. flash flooding is an issue in the area that would be increased by scale development in SG13
