1. The A3400 is a busy road dangerous for crossing and in neighbouring villages traffic will increase. Causing pollution.
2. Unnecessary development on green belt damaging biodiversity, trees, woodland and wildlife
3. This road is prone to flooding currently with more built up areas either side and no green spaces to absorb this will inevitably increase.
4. The infrastructure is already struggling there is not enough water supply, electricity supply etc the huge pressure on local facilities such as Doctors, dentists etc will break an already stretched system. There is a massive strain on local hospitals with patients in corridors.
