The A3400 travelling towards Stratford on Avon is a heavily used road and can barely cope with current usage. The A46/A3400 roundabout experiences long queues especially at peak times and weekends when tourists and shoppers are visiting the town. The multi-million pound cost of upgrading the road infrastructure here will not decrease the thousands of extra cars from the proposed Bearley/Wilmcote development. The new residents will undoubtedly choose to travel by car to Stratford as their local destination for services, amenities, shopping and leisure. The Park and Ride choice is not viable for local people.
