No rail connectivity. Loss of good agricultural land. Urbanising agricultural land with no previous settlement or housing of any kind. Major Impact on A429 with development of University of Warwick Innovation Campus and also proposals for gravel extraction site which will increase the volume of traffic with heavy lorries. Major impact on A452 and B4100 which is already a busy road. Housing this close to the M40 would be blighted by continual road noise it is unfair to expect families to live with noise pollution from a busy motorway.
