1) proposed land includes recycling centre (ref.552) which is key to reducing environmental impact and without could result in more fly tipping!
2) shipston already has too high traffic volume with one ways systems and poor parking in centre
3) proposed sights are close to areas that flood regularly such as Fell Mill with sewage systems already at capacity
4) employment is shipston is already at capacity with conservation zone in market square. Congestion would ruin the market town.
5) shipston already lacks enough public green spaces!
