Site X1 will put a great deal of pressure on Junction 13 of the M40 - this is already a dangerous junction. This site plus the additional development areas identified around Wellesbourne are at risk of spreading into each other. As has already been shown by current building areas insufficient facilities are provided to support the number of houses e.g. Hastings House Medical Centre is accommodating patients from areas which should have been provided with their own surgery. With the vast solar panel farm which has been developed along the Wellesbourne road, there will be very little green areas left!
