No rail connectivity. Land is prime agricultural land. Use of B4087 towards the A452 is narrow with dangerous bends at Newbold Pacey. Use of A429 towards Junction 15 of M40 is already congested, together with proposed sand and gravel site at Barford will cause further congestion with heavy lorries. During Saturdays and bank holidays all roads to Wellesbourne are gridlocked due to Wellesbourne market. Lack of educational facilities as all local schools are at capacity. Lack of doctors,dentists etc. Significant harm to the landscape and character of the village.
