With regard to B1 the proposed development at Hatton, whilst a mixture of housing is laudable, the area is expensive and even starter homes will be beyond a lot of people's reach. In addition the area's amenities are inadequate. Warwick hospital is already struggling to cope with the number of patients accessing the hospital and there are insufficient G.P. surgeries to meet the huge increase of patients resulting from this proposed new settlement. This also applies to schools, shops and community assets in the area.
