Shipston has insufficient green space for residents and part of Fell Mill site is inside Area of restraint and Angela's meadow part of Feldon National Character area. Proposed development includes recycling centre needed for environmental purposes.
Honington and Barcheston are reached via single track roads and bridges and these are increasingly prone to major flooding, as has happened several times already this year.
Shipston has an infrequent bus service so necessitating more car journeys to major towns for employment. Minimal job opportunities here.
Shipston is a small town, limited parking and no opportunity to expand facilities leading to increased congestion.
