Fell Mill site ref 148 & 747 - if this area of land becomes 'hardstanding' (roofs, roadways) it will have negative impact on already problematic flooding situation. Existing lanes servicing area are single track, likewise river bridges at Shipston and Honington.
Shipston has no train and poor bus service to Banbury - route 50 and 51 serves Stratford chipping nortonand moreton. Commutes to Coventry, Leamington, Gaydon necessitate increased road traffic
Fell Mill site 148 & 747 encircles the sewage plant, the household recyling and woodland planted 40 years ago would be lost. Existing Infrastructure inadequate (schools, doctors, dentists)
