Neither Sambourne nor Studley's infrastructure would be able to withstand large scale development on this site. Although located in Sambourne potential residents will rely heavily on Studley's more urbanised resources., which are already depleted.
Travel to/from this site would only be viable via road for workers and deliveries.
The A448 already forms part of the Amazon routing strategy. Further development would require improvements at A448/A435 junction, Jill Lane, Middletown Lane and also Crabbs Cross island in Redditch.
The land is also currently Green Belt, so its inclusion should be deprioritised.
