Highway safety-site is located adjacent to Warwick Road with egress onto 50mph road with very poor sight lines Increased traffic will create severe hazards
Site is not in the village envelope and is not infill which is against policy set out in PO document
Adverse impact on adjacent Conservation area
Development is not Sustainable-lack of transport facilities require extensive car usage
Adverse impact and substantial harm to the openness of the green belt
No pavements to provide safe access to the village/ school
