Rouncil Lane is part of the National Cycle Route 52 and therefore increase in traffic volumes would be extremely hazardous to cyclists who use this route.
Selection of sites should be independent of Developers preferences whose criteria maybe cheaper to develop.
Foul drainage is already a concern on Rouncil Lane as it is inadequate to cope with current volumes.
Developing SG04 would not meet the requirement of a 20-minute neighbourhood no GP, Dentist or transport.
No exceptional circumstances to justify removal of green belt in accordance with NPPF.
SG04 is second lowest housing capacity yield of all spatial growth areas.
