Not one blade of grass should be touched until all derelict and brownfield sites have been compulsorily purchased and developed.
The council should require all landowners unjustly enriched by planning permission to pay 80% of any profit made back to the council / constituents
They should also fine all developers who hold up traffic for more than 1 week in any development
Unrealistic? Other countries manage it
