This area is very undulating, prone to flooding in various areas.
Thwaites Ltd have put in flood defences already due to this issue. Walsh road and the surrounding roads will become more of a rat run.
Access is an issue. Traffic, Schools, Doctors and other amenities are all south of Leamington. Increasing in congestion and air pollution.
Cubbington will no longer be a village, but a suburb of Leamington.
This area is also outstanding in natural beauty and wildlife which yet again will be destroyed.
