I am opposed to the planned 1000 plus houses to be build between Studley and Sambourne on the grounds of poor infrastructure. The ‘tick box’ attitude regarding infrastructure is simply not fit for purpose. Is there a school, doctors, road network ?? Tick, Tick, Tick. The fact that all these facilities and more are completely oversubscribed/ failing has not been taken into consideration. This needs to be sorted first before building more houses.
